Founder  Bio
Dean Stratton is the husband of Kathy Stratton and the father of two children.  He is the middle child of a single mom.  Dean and his two siblings born in Muncie, Indiana grew up in Buffalo, New York, one of the coldest cities in New York's Tri-State area. From his mother,he learned early the virtues of hard work and money. She instilled in him good work ethics.  When he was eight years old he and his brother Kenneth started their snow shoveling business where their earnings were used to contribute to the finances needed in the household. During his teenage years a friend of the family allowed him the opportunity to be his apprentice as he made major improvements to homes throughout the Buffalo area. These experiences were the seeds sown that drove his desire to later want to have his own business.  After his military service and certification in Telecommunication he moved to Atlanta,Georgia.  Dean continued on a part-time basis specializing in home improvement of residential properties.  Dean quickly gained a reputation for producing high quality work and was able to compete successfully with larger home improvement companies.

MME MISSION STATEMENT
 
Mister Minds Enterprise organization is a global initiative focused on the rehabilitation of entrepreneurship in the adolescent aged youth of the urban community.  Mister Minds has recognized the importance of networking amongst peers and mentors and has created an innovative approach to the "big brother" relationship.  The initiative adds regular incentives to the long term benefits of mastering networking, self empowerment, and community responsibility.  As Mister Minds continues to flourish, the watered seeds of today, it is the harvest of  tomorrow that will serve as the lifeline of the American Dream.
